Appointment reminders that cut no-shows — without a single phone call.

A missed appointment is not just an empty slot — it is lost revenue, a wasted hour of clinical time, and a patient who quietly falls behind on their treatment. Most missed visits are not deliberate; they are simply forgotten. Clinics were dealing with this the only way they knew how: a member of staff working through tomorrow's list on the phone every afternoon.
Orvexify came to us with a clear product thesis but no product. Solo doctors and small clinics needed reminders that ran themselves, yet every existing option assumed an IT team, a patient portal, or an app download. Patients would not install an app just to attend a doctor's appointment, and front-desk staff did not have time to learn another dashboard. It also had to be free to start — a clinic should be able to prove the value before paying anything.
Patients get a plain link and book in seconds — no app, no password, no patient login. Staff can still add phone bookings by hand, so clinics are not forced to change how they work before seeing any benefit.
A scheduled job sends every appointment three reminders: 24 hours, 2 hours, and 30 minutes before the visit. It is timezone-aware and idempotent, so a rescheduled or cancelled visit never receives a stale reminder.
Confirm and Cancel are signed links inside the email itself. The patient never leaves their inbox, and the dashboard reflects the answer immediately — which is what makes refilling a cancelled slot actually possible.
Who is actually coming? Confirmed, pending, and cancelled are kept separate, because an opened email is not a yes. Confirmation analytics then expose patterns over time so a clinic can fix the root cause.
Usage-based plan limits and Stripe billing, from a genuinely free tier for one doctor up to Pro for larger clinics, with custom branding on higher tiers so the reminder still looks like it came from the clinic.
