Turning a coaching audience and a folder of PDFs into a sellable subscription product.

The coaching business had more demand than it could serve. Training material was scattered across PDFs and spreadsheets, every new member needed manual onboarding, and revenue was capped by the hours the founder could personally spend. Growth needed a product that worked while he slept.
Nick Joseph needed a fitness app that could deliver premium workout content to his followers without friction. Three problems mattered most: a subscription system that would not leak revenue, a workout interface intuitive enough to open mid-set, and video playback reliable enough for exercise demonstrations on a gym's wifi.
React Native (Expo) so one codebase ships to both the App Store and Play Store, with over-the-air updates for content fixes that would otherwise wait on review.
Every exercise ships with a form demonstration. Playback is preloaded and cached so a session does not stall between sets when the signal drops.
Premium tiers with trials, upgrades, and downgrades handled in-app, plus dunning and a self-serve restore flow — so renewals recover instead of silently lapsing.
Daily mindset content, push notifications for workout reminders, achievement badges, and real-time progress analytics — the parts that keep a member past week three.
A web dashboard to publish programmes, manage the exercise library, and see subscription and engagement numbers without asking a developer.
