How projects are scoped, paid for, and handed over. In force from the moment you engage us — and written to be read, not skimmed past.

By using https://fn-developers.com or engaging FN Developers for work, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or our services.
We provide web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SEO and digital marketing, social media management, and ongoing support and maintenance.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of every project are defined in a written proposal or statement of work. That document governs if it conflicts with anything on this page.
Proposals are valid for 30 days. Prices are fixed for the scope described in them — we do not bill hourly unless a proposal explicitly says so.
Work that falls outside the agreed scope is handled through a written change request with its own price and timeline. We will never surprise you with an invoice for work you did not approve.
Projects run on collaboration. To keep a timeline on track, you agree to:
Delays caused by missing content or unresponsive approvals shift the delivery date by the same amount. We will always flag this in writing before it affects a launch.
Unless agreed otherwise: 50% of the project fee is due before work begins and 50% on final delivery. Larger projects are split into three or more milestones.
Invoices are payable within 14 days. Work pauses — not stops — on overdue invoices, and we will always send a reminder first. Retainer and maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance.
All fees exclude applicable taxes, third-party licences, and hosting costs, which are billed at cost.
When the final invoice is paid, full ownership of the custom code, designs, and content we created for you transfers to you. Your domain, hosting, and third-party accounts are registered in your name from day one.
Two exceptions, both standard:
Until final payment clears, ownership stays with us, though you keep the right to use anything already delivered for internal review.
Every project includes 3 months of free support covering defects in the work we delivered. If something we built breaks under normal use in that window, we fix it at no charge.
The warranty does not cover changes requested after approval, third-party updates or outages, hosting or server issues outside our control, or code modified by someone else after handover. Ongoing maintenance beyond the warranty period is available under a monthly plan.
We are careful, and we stand behind our work. That said, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data that you did not back up. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Everything you share with us — business plans, financials, roadmaps, code — is treated as confidential and is never disclosed to anyone outside the team working on your project.
We are happy to sign your own NDA before any detailed discussion. Just ask.
Either side may end an engagement with 30 days written notice. You pay for work completed and approved up to the termination date, and we hand over all files, code, and documentation in our possession.
Deposits for work not yet started are refunded in full. Deposits for work already in progress are refunded minus the value of what has been delivered.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute is first addressed through good-faith negotiation between both parties; if that fails, it is resolved through binding arbitration agreed by both sides.
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Prefer to discuss a clause first? We are happy to adjust terms in writing before a project starts.
